Sales Manager PSS

Auburn Hills, MI

As we continue to expand our presence on a global scale, we are seeking a results-oriented PSS Sales Manager – Americas to lead and drive our sales efforts in North and South America. Primary focus is to grow the business with American Car OEMs but expanding into new markets and sectors is also a key aspect of the role. 


What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate the automotive OEM market in the Americas, as well as other markets or sectors such as battery storage, charging stations or electric motorcycles. 
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts, establish key relationships, and drive opportunities from lead generation to closure. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and customer success. 
  • Conduct local market research and analysis to identify emerging trends or competitive threats. 
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including revenue quotas, sales pipeline metrics, and other performance indicators. 
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on sales activities and forecasts to management.
  • Follow up global platform design 


What is required:

  • 5-6 years of experience in Automotive Industry 
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or a related field Electrical Engineering background is preferred 
  • Proven track record of success in sales from an industry related to the electrical field. 
  • Strong understanding of the automotive market, industry trends, and key players. 
  • Experience from battery safety is favorable. 
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support sales efforts
