As a Sales Manager, you will manage all aspects of a customer’s business, including strategic assessment, sales forecasting, conducting regular business reviews, and effectively activating and implementing the beverage strategy. What You’ll Do for Us
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to build and maintain strong relationships with key members of the customer's organization, reaffirm strategies linked to needs, and steward the business, operational, and/or personal value created for the customer by The Coca-Cola Company.
- Meet with senior-level buyers to build relationships and gain their support and commitment to various initiatives/programs.
- Meet with outlet management and conduct regular restaurant audits to identifyopportunities and ensure compliance.
- Confirm your understanding of customers' business needs, issues faced, and opportunities with various customer buyers to develop viable solutions.
- Using information collected during account discovery, build a business plan/solution and contingency plans in collaboration with the customer.
- Activate The Coca-Cola Company System (e.g., cross-functional team members: marketing, finance, operations) to develop and implement a business plan/solution that meets customer needs and drives beverage category profit and volume, contributing to overall sales growth for the customers' entire business.
- Provide strategic thinking to anticipate future needs and recommend solutions thatdrive the business.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- 3+ years of successful sales account management experience.
- Effective communication, technical presentation, sales negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Proven track record of securing sales of various offerings, working with multiple levels of purchasing tiers.
- Proven ability to identify customer needs based on customer feedback and identifyopportunities through technical knowledge.
- Demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities without direct supervision effectively.

Pay Range: $98,400 – $120,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
