Sales Manager

Toronto, ON

Have you managed a sales team in a fast growing SAAS company that has consistently exceeded their quota? We need to talk.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 5 + Account Executives (quickly growing team)
  • Attract, hire, train and retain top talent
  • Provide coaching to increase the efficiency and overall revenue per rep
  • Provide deal support on key opportunities
  • Hold weekly meetings with your team to review progress and strategize
  • Perform regular analysis on the funnel to ensure deals are moving forward
  • In collaboration with the sales team, as well as other internal teams, research, identify and implement sales strategies, pipelines, and collateral that will grow the business
  • Manage thorough reports of sales performance and forecasting
  • Manage and refine sales cycle and processes
  • Report into the VP of Sales

Requirements
  • Experience with SaaS and content marketing is a big asset
  • Previous experience in a high-growth company managing people
  • The ability to inspire and motivate your team
  • Data and process driven
  • Excellent emotional intelligence, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience creating urgency and educating on a value proposition
  • Experience with Hubspot and Gong an asset
  • Drive performance through creativity, lead-by-example leadership, compelling communication and inspiration.
