Sales Enablement Manager

Indianapolis, IN

Supports sales enablement technology and related processes that drive commercial excellence within the RDC US Commercial organization. This primarily includes management of the Showpad (eDetailing) platform and lead management process. Oversees the ongoing development of deployments, process improvements, and platform adoption. Partners with functional leaders, franchises, and subject matter experts to provide day-to-day operational support and deploy new business processes and solutions. 


Job Facts

  • Enable commercial success by demonstrating an advanced understanding of sales enablement (Showpad) solutions and lead management process/integration, along with the needs of our stakeholders (business processes, user journeys, user experience).
  • Partner with the Roche Global organization to ensure that the needs of the US are reflected in the Showpad platform enhancements roadmap.
  • Ensure consistency and harmonization of platform design across multiple sales and marketing teams in the US.
  • Respond to and address inquiries/questions from stakeholders, providing operational support and directing to the appropriate team when needed.
  • Provide clear and concise communication messaging to Business stakeholders regarding change management, release notifications, best practices, etc.
  • Participate in projects or business initiatives, partnering with various teams within the commercial organization - i.e. Franchise Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, etc.


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years of experience in data management, sales enablement or CRM in a related industry


Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge of sales enablement (eDetailing or CRM) solutions – such as Showpad or Salesforce.com
  • Strong stakeholder engagement with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has a technology-driven mindset, recognizing the value and potential of digital solutions and data insights to support Business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects, Business initiatives, and stakeholder inquiries
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability
