We're looking for an innovative, ambitious, driven, yet caring and dedicated professional for our Sales Director role. You will lead and manage the future sales team and distribution partnerships for the Three Floyds Distilling Company brand. Developing expansion plans to open markets and territories per leadership vision is a key responsibility of this role. Essential functions include conducting thorough review of distribution plans, results, assortment, product mix, product release schedules, pricing structure, ABP, RTD plans, packaging, retailer plans, off premise merchandising, on premise post COVID-19 plans.

What you Need to be Successful!

Proven sales leader with in-depth industry experience, specifically in craft distilled spirit sales, strong knowledge of marketing and a true passion for craft beverages. Regional experience is required, national is a plus!
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or equivalent business experience
10+ years of progressively responsible experience
Senior leadership experience managing a sales territory and team is required

Work is primarily performed in the field and may include manufacturing facilities, retail establishments, office settings or other related environments. Regular travel to accounts is required as well as frequent weekend and evening work. May be exposed to temperature changes, wet or humid conditions, noise, vibrations, and other brew production related hazards when in the brew production and storage areas.
