Sales Development Manager

New York, NY

We are looking for a dynamic and resilient Sales Development Manager to help us drive the testing of our services. By defining and executing how we recruit local consumers you will play a vital role in helping us plan and execute the integration of financial institutions. The manager works closely with the developer team that builds our solutions as well as with the Product Managers.


Having the ability to take full ownership and create pragmatic solutions as well as building strong relationships with stakeholders, external as well as internal ones, will be key success factors in this role.


Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement processes for identifying, recruiting and managing consumers
  • Collaborate with the existing European team as well as with key product managers
  • Manage external operations as well as internal operations related to validating output we get from working with consumers
  • Continuously observe and identify improvement areas and new ways of working.
  • Ensure processes are followed and remains compliant throughout your entire workflow
  • Help mapping out the data quality across product’s user journeys for our products
  • Support the design and implementation of go to market-strategies through research and analysis of competitors' and their product offerings.


Flex Work Arrangement - Hybrid Position - This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.


Qualifications

  • 4-5 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree within for example Business, Administration, or Human Resources
  • Demonstrated ability to define and drive your own processes to solve problems and figure out the best ways of working.
  • Ability to structure, plan and prioritize your work in order to handle important and sensitive information in an organized way
  • Excellent interpersonal and sales skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree within for example Business, Administration, or Human Resources
  • Experience working with generating and closing leads e.g. within sales development or talent acquisition
  • Applicable work experience and an understanding of finance, banking or insurance
  • Prior experience in the fintech/banking/payments arena


U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 113,100 to 147,000 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
