This team is responsible for revenue planning, assisting in building client presentations, operational effectiveness in our tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams. Successful Sales Coordinators are highly organized and efficient, working closely with our cross-functional teams and supporting the sales team and verticals at large.
They are detail-oriented and proactive, with an ability to anticipate issues and take the initiative to solve them through CRM and process hygiene. About the Team: The enterprise ad sales team works with some of the largest organizations across all categories. They are responsible for enabling advertising on the platform and connecting users with brands.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Brand Partnership Managers on all facets of client relations including proposal completion, media plans and revenue objectives
- Develop winning sales presentations and RFP responses
- Respond to requests for proposals and manage proposal development
- Develop internal relationships and effectively communicate plan details to sales team, and in some instances, clients
- Research user data and audience metrics; analyze market trends; and work with the sales team to manage and pursue new business opportunities.
- Learn and interpret client objectives along with procedures to translate in media strategies.
- Maintain in-depth understanding of organizations ad products.
- Stay abreast of industry news and competitive platforms
- Assist in pre-sale pipeline management, reporting, and opportunity accuracy in CRM system
- Keep sales apprised of all key issues, updated and relevant data throughout campaign process
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 + years of experience working in an operational capacity that involves cross-functional team collaboration;
- Willing to work in New York City
Preferred Qualifications:
- Media/Advertising Sales experience a plus
- Foundational knowledge and passion for social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
- Excellent ability to properly qualify projects to maximize an efficient sales cycle.
- Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to independently multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability and appetite to learn quickly in a fast-paced team environment

For Pay Transparency - Compensation Description (Hourly)
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $26.39- $32.67.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
