Sales Coordinator

Remote (New York, NY)

Responsibilities

  • Be a key point of contact for potential and existing clients
  • Liaise between Sales and Client Success teams to facilitate successful project handoffs
  • Define actionable next steps for clients while involving, aligning, and managing relevant stakeholders across teams
  • Manage our CRM system and update/track client information/requests on an ongoing basis
  • Assist with drafting quotes, proposals, and closing out deals
  • Coordinate hardware installation process 
  • Handle invoicing requests/billing inquiries
  • Communicate with internal departments (client success managers, hardware teams) and our Clients to ensure a smooth and positive client service experience


About You

  • Up to 2 years of relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success, account management 
  • Degree from an Accredited Institution or relevant experience
  • Demonstrate a high level of accountability for both your work and the work of your team
  • Enjoy collaborating with people to get work done, but know when to take ownership of a task
  • Have strong attention to detail and can spot and fix errors
  • Meticulously organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Work fast but thoughtfully, and make suggestions for efficiencies along the way
