We are represented all over the world and we are now looking for a Sales Coordinator.
Why should you apply for this position?
You will play a key role in developing and growing Audo’s business through supporting our Wholesale Account Manager, and the entire sales team.
You will collaborate with our Wholesale Account Manager to support the local growth strategy.
You will support all sales channels (e-commerce, wholesale, trade and contract) with sample coordination and needs.
With a base in the New York area, you will work in both the US office located in mid-town Manhattan and the New York Tribecca showroom. This is an in-office position.
Your Responsibilities
- Support Wholesale Account Manager with daily tasks such as: e-commerce site audits, inventory and sales reporting, creating sales content and tools, and similar tasks.
- Support entire sales team with managing samples from tracking, shipping, ordering, etc.
- Maintain sales presentation and files
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Audo products and history.
- Represent Audo professionally and differentiate oneself from competitors with superior communication, customer service, and polished appearance.
- Provide general administrative support as needed
You will have a mix of these qualities and skills:
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred (internship experience included)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel skills (experience with PivotTables and VLOOKUPs, highly recommended)
- Strong analytical skills; retail math reporting / selling analysis
- Attentive to sales teams needs, organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task (prioritizing projects based on timelines / due dates)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic; team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- High personal performance standards, results-oriented and strong thirst for continuous learning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment at all levels of the organization
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
