This is a hybrid-role to Portage, MI with the expectation to be on-site 2-3x/week
As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will provide ongoing support to compensation plans for our Instruments Division's Sales Reps.

What You Will Do
- Assists in the design, analysis and administration of sales compensation programs
- Works closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and HR/Legal teams to ensure accurate incentive plan administration, compliance, and results
- Compiles, calculates and processes commission and incentive pay for the business sales organization
- Develop, maintain, and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation metrics
- Reviews/analyzes sales compensation data and summarizes findings for management
- Perform research and analysis to identify and resolve compensation discrepancies related to various financial and/or business partner data
- Act as a subject matter expert on company sales commission and incentive policies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide recommendations and solutions on improvements in execution of sales compensation processes
- Ensure plan documents, business rules and other documentation are updated with latest compensation rules and guidelines
- Implement compensation plan documents and sales incentive training programs for plan participants
- Monitor sales compensation programs outcomes, ensuring adherence of participants and the effectiveness of plans
- Support ad hoc projects and reports requested by sales management and corporate leadership including, but not limited to: quarterly projection files, financial accruals, compensation metrics and trends, etc
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Prefer advanced experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel
- Experience using Callidus, PowerBI preferred
- Demonstrated ability to perform thorough, quantitative, and qualitative analyses using applicable technology tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
