As a Business Manager within the Finance & Business Management team, you will support the NA region and partner with business heads to drive the business agenda. Collaborate with regional and global business managers and other functions to define and execute strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to Business Heads, providing management assistance and convening business reviews.
- Ensure delivery of business initiatives and projects, aligning front office teams and support groups with business priorities.
- Manage regulatory changes impacting the business, such as Dodd Frank and Reg K.
- Support strategic initiatives and regional partnerships.
- Lead the annual business budget process in conjunction with Planning and Analysis.
- Oversee investment and productivity initiatives to achieve multi-year targets.
- Manage real estate needs and space planning as required.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in Business Management (Sales, Banking, or Trading) or COO functions.
- Understanding of the business and regulatory landscape.
- Highly motivated with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, data management, and analytics.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Experience with data modeling and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
