Sales Analyst

Los Angeles, CA

LeafLink is seeking an experienced Sales Analyst to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be tasked with building, maintaining, and optimizing our Revenue Operations Stack. Working alongside the Director of Revenue Planning and Operations, you will help develop the processes needed to drive growth within the GTM organization. 


This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional, requiring both strategic and tactical execution, strong project management skills, and experience building a marketing operations practice from scratch.The ideal candidate will have familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, Drift, and be confident implementing new technologies. You should be equally as excited about ensuring data flow and integrity as you are about configuring new processes within Salesforce and ancillary systems.


The role requires curiosity, and an analytical minded person. However, you’ll help write the playbook, rather than inherit one. You must be comfortable moving quickly, and dealing with a significant amount of ambiguity. You will receive direction, coaching, and mentorship, however you will need to be self-motivated, with a great deal of initiative.


Responsibilities 

  • Make recommendations to help improve business partners’ productivity & performance; proactively review and identify leading and lagging indicators.
  • Meet with internal stakeholders to determine business, functional and technical requirements for new projects
  • Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation
  • Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance.
  • Act as a point of escalation for Service Desk for advanced issue resolution.
  • Equip your business partner teams with the right sales processes, workflows, and automations.
  • Manage and maintain all Commercial territories, including methodology, design, and assignment process.
  • Quickly solve sales process pain points in the moment, while helping develop long-term solutions
  • Work with the Director of Revenue Planning and Operations to help design new and improve current workflows/automation for your business partners
  • Identify, prioritize and scope key strategic initiatives/projects accordingly.

  • You have experience with implementing and managing Sales automation software and infrastructure
  • You are systems oriented, and have experience working with cross-functional teams on system integrations
  • You are comfortable working in Hubspot, Salesforce, Drift and Tableau, and are excited about learning new systems
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • You are a multi-tasker and connector, as well as an organized operator who executes on both internal and external responsibilities


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years Startup experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient at data analysis
  • B2B, SaaS, or E-Commerce experience a strong plus
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and Tableau a strong plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to shift gears quickly and effectively
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, internally and with outside vendors and partners w/ extreme attention to detail
