We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Compensation team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing and reporting on incentive compensation, supporting leadership with attainment reporting, and developing data reporting products to facilitate deal valuation for sales team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, and familiarity with Salesforce and Varicent, along with a foundational understanding of finance concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attainment Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive attainment reports for various roles involved in incentive compensation, ensuring accuracy and clarity in data presentation.
- Data Reporting Products: Build and enhance data reporting tools in Looker Studio to support sales audits; deal valuation and provide insights for leadership on performance metrics.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with teams across Revenue Operations, HR, Finance, and Data Science to ensure alignment and accuracy in reporting and incentive plan implementation.
- Innovative Reporting Solutions: Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in developing reporting solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Industry Trends Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and incentive compensation to continuously enhance reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
- Experience in revenue operations, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of incentive compensation principles and practices.
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to create complex queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel, with experience building models to analyze performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and its reporting capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences, from individual contributors to executives.
- Strong project management abilities, with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A results-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail and a passion for driving insights through data.
