Revenue Manager

What we need help with:

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for overseeing invoicing, revenue recognition, and collections processes. 


What you will do:

  • Revenue Recognition: Overseeing the revenue recognition process and ensuring that performance obligations are properly setup, tracked, and recognized in accordance with ASC 606.
  • Invoicing:  Overseeing invoice creation and customer order-to-cash process to ensure accurate invoices are created based on contract language and are delivered to customers timely.
  • Collections: Overseeing collection process including collections team member to ensure that invoices are followed up on regularly and collected.
  • Reporting:  Tracking and reporting off various metrics surrounding revenue recognition, invoicing, customer discounts, and assisting in the forecasting of revenue.
  • Management:  Overseeing billing and collections team members to ensure their related invoicing, cash posting, collections, and financial close tasks are completed timely and accurately.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects:  Assisting in various ad-hoc projects and process improvements as needed. 


Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years’ experience in similar roles required
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Knowledge of Accounting Principles, and best practices
  • Experience Managing Employees Required
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred


Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):

  • S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,800 to $118,900. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
  • In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

This position is based in our New York headquarters. We work a hybrid work schedule with a current minimum of one teamwide designated day in the office.
