Revenue Enablement Coordinator

WITHIN is looking for a Revenue Enablement Coordinator to join a growing revenue organization, supporting our sales, customer success and partnerships teams.


The Revenue Enablement Coordinator will primarily be responsible for coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, communicating relevant information and setting priorities/managing systems for team executives. It will also support the Partnerships leader by developing and activating our partnerships ecosystem and facilitating comarketing opportunities and events. Responsibilities:

  • Support sales leadership team by managing schedules for prospect and audit calls, driving SalesForce maintenance and communicating relevant information on emerging opportunities
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events related to our customers, partners or industry-events
  • Support Customer Success and Partnership leaders to streamline and communicate updated processes to other members of the Revenue organization.
  • Involved in Lunch & Learn Partnership development; prioritize vendors to bring in, determine who should we be in front of, orchestrate Lunch & Learns for our internal team to educate them on our partnership offerings or industry trends
  • Identify opportunities to adopt more effective practices across these three teams under the revenue umbrella


Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of b2b sales/work experience; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field or equivalent experience; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
