Retail Team Lead

Steel City tells stories. We are looking for someone who is passionate about retail and ensuring that our team is telling the right story. You are obsessed with the customer experience, you always lead with a great attitude, and you always want the best for our customers and team. This person will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day operations and leading the Sales Associates at our Cranberry location. 

Here's what you'll need to be able to do:

• Drive daily sales goals by keeping team members focused and engaged
• Run the day-to-day operations of the store
• Ensure that the sales floor and back rooms are clean, restocked and merchandised properly
• Assist with training Sales Stylists 
• Always find ways to improve processes 

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail leadership preferred

• Extremely positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Coachable, able to receive and implement feedback without taking it personally 
• Hands-on and detail oriented
