Retail Systems Administartor

Phoenix, AZ

Our Operations:

Our Snowflake greenhouse has 1.7 million square feet or 40 acres under glass. Within this facility, we have dry rooms, hand and machine trimming rooms, ethanol bulk distillate extraction lab, CO2 terpene extraction, hydrocarbon lab, commercial kitchen, and packaging. 


We are building out a 35k square foot finished goods manufacturing and packaging facility in Tempe, Arizona. This facility will house lines including but not limited to packaging, filling, research and development, pre-roll assembly, and commercial kitchen capabilities. The design of the building will include features and processes to be GMP compliant. 


Role Description:

As a key function of the role, our Retail Systems Administrator will help maintain our digital systems to support in-store and online retail sales. The Retail Systems Administrator will execute and help implement all the digital infrastructure needed to run and expand our retail operations. This team member will support the development and implementation of high-quality data management and governance to meet current and future growth requirements of the organization. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in hardware and software installations and upgrades.
  • Maintains information systems by planning, monitoring, and coordinating employees.
  • Participates in implementing technologies to meet the growing needs of the business.
  • Supports new system integration efforts.
  • Supports Ecommerce presence and other customer facing digital integrations.
  • Executes to policies and procedures related to data validation, data management and data governance.
  • Collaborates with Business Intelligence, Retail, and other Facility Systems teams to ensure continuity and reporting needs are met.
  • Responsible for supporting the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and servers. 
  • Actively resolve problems and issues with computer systems to limit work disruptions within the company.
  • Assesses information systems results by auditing their application and results.
  • Maintains safe and healthy working environment by ensuring that information systems staff complies with organizational policies
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong organizational and office technology skills
  • Advanced background with Treez
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts
  • Proficient in IT systems terminology
  • Advanced experience in data encryption
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement and innovation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, consolidate, and write comprehensive reports.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of industry-related experience in similar roles is required.


Requirements

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • May require physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push objects or materials.
  • Must tolerate work indoors and outdoors year-round, frequent hot conditions with high humidity.
  • Lift 15-25 pounds from the floor to a waist-high table when necessary.
  • Handle the responsibilities, routine stress, and work hours often associated with this position.
