Calling all rising sophomore, junior, and senior undergraduate students! We are currently seeking a superstar Retail Operations Intern to join the Fabletics team for Summer 2024.
What You’ll Do:
We want to help our stores shine! We strive to be the best in the world at creating unrivaled and authentic experiences for not only our members and guests, but for our teams! It takes a lot of work behind the scenes to improve the retail store operations and experience by shaping the tools, training, and support systems needed to function. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career with an exciting retailer, focused on behind the scenes, fleet-wide initiatives.
- The intern will work with the team responsible for the accomplishment of retail projects, contributing to the success of all retail stores.
- Primary duties include prepping communications by gathering cross-functional materials, assisting in new store opening tasks, building process documentation, assisting in training content development, and adapting materials to interactive eLearning formats.
- The intern is expected to collaborate with several teams, learn communication skills, process management, and flexing the entrepreneurial muscle!

The Intern Gig: We are looking for enthusiastic students with ambition to go far. Our full-time, paid internship program will give you a chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it is like to be a part of our fast-paced and innovative company at the corporate level. Our interns have the unique chance to gain work experience, while participating in skill-building workshops and interactive social activities throughout the internship assignment.
Our summer internship program will be in our El Segundo, CA headquarters and will run for 10 weeks from June 10th-August 16th. We operate on a hybrid work schedule where employees must be willing and able to work in-office Tuesday-Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. We will not be considering remote or non-local applicants at this time.
The hourly range for this position is $18.00-$22.00. The hourly rate offered will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise, and work location.
