Responsibilities
- Supervises retail associates; completes store/warehouse operational needs by assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Trains associate and works to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitors store floor, and assists with guests' needs and requests
- Assists guests and team members, escalating concerns or questions to supervisor or manager as needed
- Ability to deescalated guest and team member complaints or concerns and redirect to management
- Perform other duties assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience leading or supervising in a retail space is preferred
- No high school diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
- Long-term standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds
