Retail Administrative Assistant

Hilton Head Island, SC

The Sea Pines Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering new items, managing existing item data, and ensuring data integrity within the system
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders
  • Update and maintain existing item data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for data entry and resolve any discrepancies
  • Generate and analyze reports to track and report on key data entry metrics
  • Work closely with the purchasing and inventory teams to ensure alignment between physical inventory and system data
  • Receiving and tagging merchandise


Qualifications

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a group setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of related experience and/or training preferred
  • Experience with Lightspeed POS system preferred


Physical Demands:

  • Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, crouch, crawl, or balance and talk or hear.
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. 
  • Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Salary Range: $18.00 To 18.00 Hourly
