As a Replenishment Evening Inventory Leader at Johnson & Johnson, you will have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our inventory is flawlessly managed, allowing us to meet the demands of our customers and maintain our world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of inventory associates to ensure the accurate and timely replenishment of stock.
Collaborate with other departments to determine inventory needs and forecast demand.
Implement and maintain strict inventory control processes to minimize errors and discrepancies.
Regularly analyze inventory data and determine optimal stocking levels.
Oversee the receiving and storage of incoming inventory shipments.

Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University degree required; focused degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Advanced degree such as Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management is a plus

Experience and Skills:

Required:

Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional work experience
Experience in inventory management or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using inventory management software.

Preferred:

Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
Certification in inventory management or supply chain.

Other:

May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel to other locations and sites
Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 23 lbs.
