As a Replenishment Evening Inventory Leader at Johnson & Johnson, you will have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our inventory is flawlessly managed, allowing us to meet the demands of our customers and maintain our world-class standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of inventory associates to ensure the accurate and timely replenishment of stock.
- Collaborate with other departments to determine inventory needs and forecast demand.
- Implement and maintain strict inventory control processes to minimize errors and discrepancies.
- Regularly analyze inventory data and determine optimal stocking levels.
- Oversee the receiving and storage of incoming inventory shipments.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University degree required; focused degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Advanced degree such as Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management is a plus
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional work experience
- Experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software.
Preferred:
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Certification in inventory management or supply chain.
Other:
- May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel to other locations and sites
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 23 lbs.
