Recruitment Coordinator

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the Recruitment Assistant will allow the People Team to deliver a highly efficient recruiting process. This role will provide administrative support to the Recruitment Manager as well as the Recruitment Associate. The Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for the scheduling and coordinating of interviews, maintaining candidate profiles, and serving as a liaison for hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. The Recruitment Assistant will also partner with the Recruitment Associate to route role approval forms and provide metrics on the overall recruitment process.


Core Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate for the execution of full life-cycle recruiting, including posting open roles, vetting and screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate profiles and creating offer letters
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, external job boards and hiring managers
  • Work closely with Recruitment Manager to carry out the recruiting strategy
  • Leverage recruiting knowledge, recruitment results and competitive market intelligence that assist in driving strategies and influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities
  • Assist in tracking pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Key Deliverables / Outcomes

  • Weekly recruitment reporting
  • Recruitment pipelines that attract strong and diverse candidates
  • Streamlined process to manage interview scheduling between candidates and members of the hiring teams
  • Role approval forms which are completed within given time frames


Required Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, and follow through on short- and long-term assignments
  • Proactive, flexible, and resourceful work ethos; ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and remain calm and effective under pressure
  • Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS is preferred
  • PHR or other HR certification preferred
