Join Unity as a Senior Recruiting Manager. With unparalleled growth, we’re expanding our recruiting team, including growing our recruiting leadership capability. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced people manager to establish a strategic sourcing function and implement scalable recruiting processes in partnership with Unity’s Create business.


What you'll be doing

  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers to deliver against a global recruiting strategy to hire high-calibre engineering and product talent for Unity’s Create business
  • Use data and metrics to continuously improve our recruiting processes, optimize for efficient and scalable solutions, and lead with an in-it-together mindset
  • Play a key role as a global recruiting partner and advisor to business leaders, using data to influence decisions, such as location strategy, and to implement creative solutions
  • Be accountable for implementing inclusive recruiting practices and collaborating with our D&I and employer brand teams to engage more under-represented talent for technical roles
  • Foster an environment of fierce feedback and continuous development and support individuals to grow their careers at Unity


What we're looking for

  • Previous in-house experience as a Technical/Engineering Recruiter or Sourcer
  • Previous leadership experience including managing technical sourcers/recruiters in an in-house recruiting function
  • A consistent record of developing and maintaining multiple sourcing and recruiting strategies resulting in the engagement of passive talent
  • Strong relationship-building and partnership skills
  • Tenacious problem solver
