Receiving Coordinator

Delta, BC

As our Receiving Coordinator, you will be a key player in the receiving lifecycle. Your purpose will be to coordinate and assist with shipments and inventory to ensure its accuracy and allowing all departments the clarity to efficiently and accurately service our customers.  


Essential Functions

  • Coordinate with the Supervisor and/or Procurement to plan the day
  • Unload material from trucks that are delivering shipments
  • Assist with quality checks of the incoming material
  • Assist with physical inventory counts
  • Utilize WMS / ERP / PHAT to receive and keep track of inventory
  • Validating packing slips ensuring items match quantities shipped
  • Periodic 5S audits of receiving dock or other designated areas
  • Electronic filing of shipping and receiving documents for record keeping
  • Occasional requirement to use forklift to load trucks or move inventory or dunnage
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse and Distribution Manager or his designate


Other Duties

  • We work in a fast-paced environment, rolling up our sleeves to build something bigger than ourselves. Other duties may arise from time to time/most of the time and as a team, we look to support each other.


Your Brand, Your Story

  • We already know you are passionate about supply chain and planning, but we want to know more about your story and experiences. You're good at the following: 
  • Familiarity with supply chain workflow
  • Experience receiving shipments
  • Comfortable using Inventory Management Software
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Experience operating a forklift
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Must have a satisfactory performance, conduct and attendance
  • Analytical and inventive
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to take initiative and follow processes under minimal supervision
  • Must have the ability to obtain and pass a RCMP Criminal Record Check and maintain security clearance. Please note our background check process includes proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status.
