Provider Recruiting Operations Analyst

Remote (Florida, United States)

The Recruiting Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing operational support, project support, and analysis to provider recruiting staff and leadership in support of maintaining and growing our national provider recruiting platform and supporting our affiliates


Responsibilities

Provider Contracts:

  • Analyze, draft, review, and manage the execution of physician employment agreements in partnership with stakeholders including recruiters, leaders, medical practices, and internal teams

 

Reporting:

  • Provide detailed and accurate reporting and analytics to department leadership on recruiter productivity/activity metrics, tools, and processes on a regular cadence as well as ad hoc utilizing data from multiples standard and ad-hoc data sources and systems

 

Recruiting Operations:

  • Administer physician advance and practice development loan programs in consultation with Director of Operations and other stakeholders as required
  • Partner with Director of Operations and other leaders to develop and maintain recruiter toolkit, leveraging and developing content via technologies such as Microsoft Teams and/or SharePoint
  • Analyze the usage of various recruiting tools and platforms for job posting effectiveness, source effectiveness, source ROI reporting, marketing ROI reporting, and assist with the associated vendors and services administration
  • Research current recruiting best practices, trends, and technology to potentially leverage and present recommendations to department leadership based on ROI, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Support in evaluating, making recommendations, designing, and implementing ways to optimize utilization, adoption, efficiency, and scalability of tools, processes, best practices, and enhancements
  • Analyze processes and seek to improve strategy and goals accordingly to maximize business impact


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field of study
  • 5 or more years of talent acquisition operations experience, preferably with healthcare industry experience
  • OR 2-4 years of experience for Non-Senior Level Role
  • Experience executing recruitment operations, services, and projects
  • Experience creating and managing employment agreements in collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and executing agreements via eSignature tools (DocuSign, Adobe Sign)
  • Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills, detail-oriented, and organized and efficient
  • Proficient in SmartSheet; MS Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; advanced knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, formulation, and data manipulation and analysis
  • Ability to effectively develop and deliver information and presentations in succinct, creative, and narrative-driven methods to audiences including peers, leaders, and internal clients
  • Ability to establish and maintain work priorities in support of multiple team members and projects
  • Collaborative, proactive, and inquisitive team-player with a solutions-based and customer-centric focus to interacting with internal clients to gather requirements, understand desired outcomes, and plan and execute projects and services to achieve stakeholder satisfaction
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, virtual team environment; self-motivated and driven
  • Experience and comfort with navigating ambiguity including accurately interpreting information and instructions and asking probing and clarifying questions to ensure understanding and accuracy
