Property Coordinator
Based in Southern California with locations in Malibu, Calabasas and Camarillo; HRL has been on the leading edge of technology, conducting pioneering research and advancing the state of the art.
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to support our Material Stores function. This candidate will be responsible to perform purchase requisition screening, generating storeroom inventory reports, investigating receiving discrepancies, material disposition, pulling inventories for distribution and coordinating activities between our different sites. The candidate for this role must be able to multitask within their discipline, communicate effectively with management and perform other support disciplines as necessary.
Essential Duties:
- Review and process purchase requisitions
- Generate Storeroom reports
- Investigate receiving and distributing discrepancies
- Work within company’s inventory management system
- Interact appropriately and efficiently with customers.
- Performing material disposition efforts
- Receiving, staging and distributing material
- Performing physical inventories
- Maintaining System accuracy, locations, inventories and losses
Required Skills:
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in a storeroom/stockroom environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and with a high degree of accuracy.
Required Education:
High School Diploma required. Associate degree preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, bend and carry up to 35 Lbs.
Special Requirements:
This position requires that the applicant selected be a US. Citizen
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Compensation:
The range for this full-time position is $30.63 - $36.73 per hour + bonus + benefits.
