PROJECT MANAGER/PRODUCER

 

Award-winning creative & digital agency, 360Design, is looking for a Project Manager to join our multi-faceted, tight-knit team of creative thinkers looking to push the boundaries of technology and design.


360Design works with some of the world's most disruptive organizations in health and science tech, infrastructure, transportation, entertainment, and hospitality with solutions ranging from virtual-reality movie theaters for Apple, Amazon, and National Geographic to innovative tech products for HyperloopTT, MIT, or Harvard. 


We are seeking an enthusiastic person who can contribute to a team environment and wants to be part of an evolving organization. This position requires a self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication, organization and leadership skills. 


What you'll do:


  • Maintain oversight of all active projects. 
  • Feed into a weekly leadership status report and be the primary POC project updates and questions
  • Independently steward day-to-day project management, serving as a daily point of leadership for cross-functional partners
  • Schedule creative reviews and other important team meetings, ensuring the right attendees are present, meetings start and finish on time and recapping and distributing detailed notes
  • Drive integrated project timelines and ensure all key milestones and due dates are communicated frequently to the larger internal project team, agency partners, and clients
  • Anticipate and manage potential blockers across concept development, production, and delivery phases; flag to appropriate partners and proactively find solutions
  • Champion and help build creative workflow processes and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Work across US and International time zones as required


Who you are:

  • A project management professional with 5-7 years experience in creative project management 
  • You are the owner and leader of project management. You are NOT an order taker. 
  • As a project manager, you will be expected to manage relationships with existing and potential clients by responding to briefs, managing project timelines, and knowing both the client and their unique challenges inside out.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and lead weekly stand-up meeting with the internal team
  • Schedule and lead status meetings with client
  • Write client status reports and walk clients and the internal through the status report
  • Keep project management tools, internal and client-facing folders updated with the latest information and documents
  • Inform and guide the creative and development team on deadlines and deliverables
  • Create project schedules and manage the timeline
  • Identify scope creep and out-of-scope requests and make clients aware
  • Ensure timesheets are being done on time weekly
  • Have a clear understanding of resource allocation and let management know when specialty skills or additional team members are needed/required, and when team members have bandwidth to take on more work
  • Ensure client feedback and approvals are received in writing (email is fine) and per the schedule
  • Know the office holiday/vacation schedule so you can plan around it


Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in consulting, communication, marketing, business, or related fields.
  • A proven track record in developing strategic plans that benefit the client.
  • A good knowledge of the media and how strategic planning influences it.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Brief and get to the point.
  • The ability to make complex subjects understandable.
  • The drive to be successful and perform well in all aspects of your strategic work.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The flexibility to work on a number of projects and balance your workload.
  • Great team player; able to respond to feedback and suggestions in a positive manner.
  • Cultivate humility and curiosity about all things design, tech, and innovation.
  • Experience in an agency setting or with creative consulting is a plus.


Recommended

  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft and Google applications, as well as Keynote. Basic Figma and Adobe Suite capabilities are a plus.
  • Clickup, Monday, Copper, Slack, Dropbox, Google Suite
  • Strong appetite for professional growth and learning from seasoned professionals.
