Project Financial Analyst

Qualified Candidates will have the following:

  • Strong business partnering, interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to communicate complex business and financial data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Able to explain and troubleshoot financial issues with non-finance professionals and an understanding of financial analysis, budget management, and forecasting.
  • Strong sense of initiative, independence, closure, and ability to navigate multiple priorities in a tight-deadline environment.
  • A critical thinker with ability to solve complex, time-sensitive problems with excellent communication skills.
  • Project management financial analysis.


Education and Experience:

6-9 years experience with Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or 4-7 years experience with Master's degree in Business.


Reporting to the Program Financial Manager, the Finance Partner will be responsible for providing high quality business partnering and accurate, actionable financial analysis and insight to Program Managers, Program Portfolio Managers and other management users.


This position works closely with PMs and P&L owners to consolidate data and information from many sources into an integrated financial/business picture that management can utilize and act on. The candidate must be able to create the big picture from the details.


This position requires a business partner approach to independent work in a highly adaptable, flexible environment and a candidate who can react to developing and changing priorities.

  • Understanding of financial analysis, budget management, and forecasting.
  • Strong business partnering, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Communicate complex business and financial data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to ask questions to understand and challenge in a healthy and respective manner. 
  • Able to explain and troubleshoot financial issues with non-finance professionals.
  • An adaptable approach; able to cope with changing requirements and helping team remain effective throughout change.
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of initiative, independence, closure, and ability to navigate multiple priorities in a tight-deadline environment.
  • Experience in communicating with peers, customers, and multiple levels of Leadership with the ability to build trust across functions.
  • A critical thinker with ability to solve complex, time-sensitive problems.
  • Ability to independently research information using various information sources.
  • Ability to deal successfully with complexity and ambiguity while adhering to Insitu Policies & Procedures.
  • Comfortable working in different toolsets.
