Project Administrator

Denver, CO

This position is needed to report, and predict the infrastructure demands of Twilio's email platform; helping teams across functions manage their products beyond the scaling and performance challenges they face by facilitating cross-team collaboration to ensure an amazing customer experience.


In this role, you’ll:

  • Manage financial, procurement and other reporting requirements
  • Collect data and report on the infrastructure usage of Twilio’s email teams.
  • Work closely with teams to optimize and manage their cloud and on-premise infrastructure spends.
  • Support Vendor management across the department.
  • Foster an environment focused on automation and eliminating manual work.

  • Exemplary verbal and written communication
  • High level technical understanding of cloud and on-premise infrastructure
  • Experience working with vendors, finance and other stakeholders


  • Familiarity in working with large cloud or on-premise Datacenter Infrastructure rollouts.
  • Experience working with Data center/infrastructure hardware providers


This role will be remote. Ideally in the Colorado area but open to central/eastern time zones in the USA.

  • The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is $74,560 - $102,520.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
