About this team

Retail Operations delivers best in class operational support to NA Retail Stores. Acts as liaison between SSC and stores to deliver key projects and resources. The Retail Ops Excellence team focuses on generating operational excellence through continuous process improvement and optimizing physical space to drive consistent guest experience. This includes design, development, and delivery of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the creation of resources to support our retail stores in maximizing their operational productivity within their physical space. 


A day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Oversees the SOP Program and intake process and SOP in-store evolution and compliance 
  • Manage key work streams & roadmaps (i.e., Inventory visibility project), bringing the right people together to get work done within retail ops excellence + key cross-functional partners across the organization 
  • Responsible for keeping all Retail Ops Excellence store-facing content updated in collaboration with Retail Ops Excellence PM and Engineer 
  • Manage the SOP feedback program including building out requirements for future audit program
  • Produce Peak Season content development and delivery
  • Support with the continued integration of Retail Ops Excellence content in Retail Training Programs 
  • Partner with functional and project leadership to foster a culture of measurement – design program dashboards and generate insights to support decision making


Qualifications

  • Preferred location: Vancouver; Open to candidates in: Toronto, Chicago, Seattle, LA, NYC
  • High level of discretion and judgment in the application of operational change principles in an organization 
  • Comfortable working with diverse, large-scale teams and driving objective-focused facilitation
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills; ability to quickly build relationships and collaborate 
  • Demonstrated consulting, influencing, and negotiating skills
  • Strong project management and execution skills 
  • Strategic and creative thinker with ability to both drive to results and build relationships
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a high growth, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • 3+ years of strategic program management experience, vertical retail experience preferred 
  • Consultant experience preferred
