Product Strategy & Integration Manager

The Product & Franchise Strategy organization leads Products & Experiences planning that fortifies brand value and/or delivers profitable revenue growth.


This team, focused on Franchise & Audience Integration, drives culturally relevant annual engagement across Walt Disney World, with a focus on prioritized diverse audiences and Franchise management – including the intersection of areas such as Food and Beverage, Digital, and Merchandise – and windowing against Seasonal/Heritage/Celebratory.


You will report to the Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Integration.


Responsibilities/You Will

  • Engage and encourage partners across the site to activate new, overlay existing, and/or curate and prioritize products and experiences to increase relevancy, representation, and commercialization
  • Strategize and project manage fully integrated cross-property product plans for key growth audiences (e.g. Young Family, Black and Hispanic Consumers, etc.)
  • Lead property-wide initiatives, aligning cross-line of business, food and beverage, merchandise, Walt Disney Imagineering, Disney Live Entertainment, Marketing/Public Relations/Public Affairs, and other partners
  • Balance a bias-for-action with thoughtful planning to ensure programs are commercially viable and guide the highest value
  • Work with the Consumer Insights team to understand audience experience needs and Franchise/Intellectual Property appeal and trends
  • Work with partners to ensure accurate tracking and measurement in order to deliver program recaps, benchmark efforts, and define success metrics


Basic Qualifications/You Will Have:

  • Five (5)+ years of experience in project management, integrated planning, and/or product development
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of partners from different backgrounds and functions
  • Ability to challenge the status quo while still building strategic alliances/relationships within and outside the Disney organization
  • Experience handling a large volume of complex work, prioritizing to ensure results are achieved
  • Ambitious attitude, proactive problem solver with the ability to thrive in an often ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional visual presentation building (PPT/Keynote) and delivery skills with a focus on storytelling
  • Previous experience in Franchise, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Audience, and/or Campaign planning
  • Analytical and/or Operational experience/Disney Ops navigation are a plus


Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience


Preferred Education:

  • MBA
