Job Description

As a Regional Product Marketing Manager, you are expected to:

  • Manage all aspects of New Product Initiative / launch /product transitions
  • Manage outbound communication to Sales & Channel Marketing
  • Represent the channel by signaling plan-o-gram set dates, setup lead-time requirements, store placement plans, etc..
  • Identify gaps in worldwide roadmaps and pull together the business cases necessary for products needed to optimize North America account revenue
  • Represent the product line at industry, account and internal events as needed
  • Establish deep understanding of available NPD, financial and account unit and revenue reports
  • Develop reports and ad-hoc analysis using the Finance group’s and accounts’ reports as needed
  • Establish and support category share, revenue and unit goals with Go To Market plans
  • Leverage campaigns assets developed by WW Brand/Marketing teams where possible to deliver a truly integrated plan from Above The Line through Below The Line to deliver consistent messaging via all customer touch points
  • Initiate plans for new campaigns and Go To Market activities as needed to achieve goals
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships within the Sales, Channel Marketing, Marcom, Brand, Worldwide Product Line Manager, Worldwide Product Marketing Manager, Business Marketing, Ops and Engineering teams.


This role can be based out of our Irvine CA, Milpitas, CA or San Jose, CA office


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Up to 5 Years in Product Marketing / program or project management
  • Advanced Excel Skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform
  • Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups.
  • Be able to communicate the value of new products and services to the sales and marketing team
  • Excellent people skills to interact and influence colleagues and cross-functional teams 
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills and must be attentive to details
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
