Instagram Insights is a foundational tool and core experience for Creators, Businesses, and Advertisers. These professionals use Insights to understand how their content and account are performing, learn what to do next, and realize valuable outcomes. We are looking for a seasoned, passionate Product Marketing Manager to support the Insights product in realizing its mission of helping professionals grow using data-driven decisions. Our ultimate goal is to help Creators and Businesses turn their passions into a living.

You’ll be responsible for driving product strategy for this critical platform and leading go-to-market to launch and grow adoption of new features. You are analytical, and can effectively work with colleagues across the company to drive results.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in understanding the needs of Creators, Small Businesses, and Advertisers and influencing product roadmaps. You will be experienced in building strategic plans from the ground up and managing GTMs end-to-end. You’ll leverage a strong multidisciplinary background - including strategy and analytical skills, and have some experience in consulting, go-to-market, product management, product marketing, and/or digital advertising. We are looking for a problem solver that thrives while confronting the ambiguous and making the complex feel simple. You should be flexible and comfortable working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are a must.

Product Marketing Manager, Instagram Insights Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy in partnership with product management, engineering, design, user research, and data science
  • Represent the market and influence the product roadmap through market research, industry assessments, quantitative analysis, segmentation, and qualitative feedback from Creators and Businesses
  • Lead and activate go-to-market plans, including coordinating and communicating the rollout of new products both internally and externally
  • Collaborate closely with partner teams to build great product experiences that span org lines and address customer needs holistically
  • Catch unanticipated issues that arise along the way and see them through to resolution

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, investment banking, business and operations, product management, product marketing, product strategy or other analytical roles
  • Experience influencing strategic decisions through structured frameworks, data-driven analysis, and clear recommendations
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Experience developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative insights
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel and knowledge of how to optimize it at each stage
  • Proven communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Experience working in media, media measurement, or digital advertising
  • Experience working with content creators and/or small businesses
