About the team:

We are looking for an insights-driven marketer to oversee product marketing related to our Trust & Safety initiatives as a platform. At TikTok, we believe that when people feel safe, their creativity can flourish, so the Product Marketing Manager, Trust & Safety will play a key role in influencing the TikTok products, policies, and communications related to user & platform safety, data privacy, and more.


What You'll Do:

  • Help shape, and promote important Trust and Safety narratives, programs, and product launches globally
  • In collaboration with cross-functional teams, execute Trust & Safety product marketing roadmaps, set measure-able results, own user & competitive insights, shape product & external messaging, and execute across channels.
  • Work with our research and insights teams to deliver deep audience & competitive insights to be used in product decision making.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve the visibility of Trust & Safety and product marketing efforts; developing a continuous flow of communication among relevant teams.


Qualifications

  • You have 3+ years in product marketing or policy program experience, ideally related to Trust & Safety
  • Excellent organization, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable in an experimental and extremely fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • You have a high level of integrity as well as interpersonal skills as you often act as the “glue” between internal departments.
  • You are a compelling storyteller who can communicate in succinct and inspiring ways to a variety of audiences, including internal stakeholders and external audiences.
