Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about mental wellness.


The Product Designer will contribute to the company’s growth by owning our digital product’s design, testing, and product managing from a UX perspective. By working cross-functionally, this Designer will understand needs from the product, engineering, therapy, experience, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs.


Our ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in the space, and has built user-facing apps in the past (bonus points if you’ve worked on a streaming, online education, or gaming app or wellness/fitness product).


The role is remote.


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading UX and UI design of the app(s) and website, from wireframes to prototypes, through developer handoff
  • Using design and research to help build the product vision for our iOS and Android apps, working closely with the Head of Digital Product
  • Planning, executing, and sharing user research of product and competitive landscape (competitive research, beta testing, A/B testing), as well as user testing of designs
  • Defining and communicating detailed design timelines (each feature, feature testing, etc.) 
  • Building on and maintaining our design system in Figma 
  • Working with engineers on the tech timeline and feature/bug prioritization
  • Researching and designing for a diverse group of users

You have:

  • 4+ years product design experience, 2+ years on native apps
  • User testing and research skills and experience 
  • Interest and some experience in product management/making strategic decisions 
  • Design system thinking and reusability


We’d be extra-excited if you also have:

  • A/B testing skills
  • Graphic design skills
  • Startup experience
  • Experience working on a streaming app or similar product (fitness, education, etc)
