WNW is looking for a Product Design Lead with the ability to create impactful and meaningful UX, while overseeing the overall design process. As an ideal candidate, you are ambitious and motivated, with an immediate and obvious passion for solving complex problems and turning them into simple and engaging experiences. You work well independently, and are confident in collaborating with other designers, product managers and engineers. You are experienced with leading UX projects from end to end, and constantly seeking out new experiences & knowledge to add to your UX skill set. You have a passion to understand the business and customer needs, and up to date with current mobile, tablet and web design trend1


Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.


1 days in NY office - 4 days remote


What am I going to do?
  • Thorough understanding of the product design process - from UX to UI, including multiple solutions to complex product tasks and a deep understanding of the underlying problem that needs to be solved.
  • Define and oversee the design strategy of both core and new products within WNW.
  • Improve existing and new products from conception to launch in partnership with cross-functional peers and with deep empathy for our community
  • Partner with other disciplines to ensure that our products' user experience is simple, straightforward, and elegant. 
  • Proactively work to create momentum in high-impact projects while delivering superior product designs. 
  • Collaborate with fellow interface designers to help evolve WNW's design language
  • Inspire, teach, and support other members of the team and the WNW community
  • Approach design from a user's perspective, listen to users, and balance their needs alongside WNW's business goals and technical capabilities 
  • Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our community of creatives and hirers
  • Push the boundaries of what we deliver in terms of design quality & style. We care deeply about both product strategy and execution, and you will be involved in raising the bar for both

What are the qualifications?
  • 7+ years of hands-on product design work experience.
  • Great ability to articulate and explain your ideas to management, engineers and designers, amongst others.
  • Experience designing and shipping digital experiences, including leading end-to-end experience design and building products from the ground up 
  • Expertise in developing information architecture, interaction models, customer flows, and visual design
  • Visual Design skills with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product functionality
  • Experience using prototyping skills to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work 
  • Marketplace and B2B experience is a plus 
  • Ability to work fast and produce multiple solutions..
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate the work.


The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130-$150K. Our salary is to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, locations and other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary, this position is eligible for commissions, bonus, equity and benefits.
