Producer

Responsibilities

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo.


We are looking for an experienced and talented Producer to join our User Growth team. Working closely with our diverse team of copywriters, marketing managers, product managers and data scientists, you will help the team evolve their approach for digital media advertising within the United States.


  • Manage budgets and ensure the efficient use of resources
  • Organize and manage casting for talent
  • Establish, manage, and clearly communicate overall timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs related to production
  • Advise creative teams during concept stage on production costs and execution options in order to deliver the highest quality work for the most efficient timeline and budget
  • Track production progress and update production schedule on ongoing basis
  • Hire and organize freelance support as needed for external shoots
  • Follow up with Post-production lead to ensure on time and QC'd deliverables


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of producing experience within an ad agency and/or internal creative department.
  • Strong organization and communication skills are required.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, content creation and production processes.
  • Thorough knowledge of production pipeline.
  • Quickly and easily adapts to changing mandates and priorities.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with design, content and creator teams.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of social platforms.
  • Understanding of today’s media landscape and how people engage with advertising
