Sodexo is seeking a Proposal Coordinator working in our Proposal Development Center in Maitland / Orlando, Florida.

As a member of the Proposal Development Center, candidates for this role must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a well-rounded understanding of the team’s services, expertise and resources. Works independently and efficiently. Candidates should be flexible, professional and maintain a sense of urgency.

As the Proposal Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for print production on a daily basis. Also collection of metrics data as well as entering it into the project management tool to support the creative services team.

The successful candidate will possess:

The focus of the Operations Coordinator is on department tools and support for the creative team. This includes process intake through the creative services’ project management tool and metrics data collection for reporting. In addition, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for general office management tasks. This position maintains high quality standards despite pressing deadlines; always striving to do work right the first time.
