We are seeking a Principal Tax Specialist, Tax Reporting and Compliance, to join our global tax operations team. This strategic, global tax role, will be a key leader within our global tax team! This Specialist will have ownership of U.S. international tax calculations with respect to GILTI, BEAT, FDII, FTCs, Subpart F, E&P and §163(j) calculations.

A day in the life of a Principal Tax Specialist:

Oversee key U.S. international tax components of Hasbro’s tax provision and U.S. tax return compliance including but not limited to GILTI, BEAT, FDII, FTCs, Subpart F, E&P, and §163(j) calculations.
Liaise closely with Tax Planning, Transfer Pricing, Customs, Indirect Tax teams and outside advisors to ensure that the tax computations with respect to US international tax provision and compliance are computed with accuracy and efficiency.

What you'll bring:

5+ years in a specialized U.S. international tax role at a Big Four accounting firm, law firm and/or the tax department of a large multinational corporation.
CPA, JD and/or Master of Science in Tax preferred.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving skills and research skills are critical.
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
An ability to effectively manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SAP, Longview and CorpTax is beneficial.
