Principal Engineering Manager

Required/Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years software engineering experience.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • 4+ years designing, developing, and operating distributed systems and large scale, highly available cloud services.

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Ability to communicate technical details clearly across organizational boundaries.
  • Experience in DevOps to maintain live services and\or application frameworks.
  • Cloud and services experience, with Azure cloud experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills with systematic and structured approach to software design.
  • Experience with Agile and iterative development processes. 

Software Engineering M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $132,800 - CAD $247,200 per year.
