Pricing Manager

We are looking for an experienced pricing pro to help us develop Pricing and Packaging strategies for both our existing and new products. You will be at the intersection of our Product development, Go-to-Market and financial planning efforts. You will be part of a fast growing Pricing function where work will be highly visible to HubSpot leadership, and be instrumental in driving revenue growth and delighting customers.

In this role, you'll get to: 

  • Work directly with HubSpot strategy, product, operations and executive teams to price our products and services
  • Conduct external primary research and tests to ensure pricing and packaging changes solve for the customer 
  • Utilize product usage, customer retention, adoption and financial data to model forward the expected impact of pricing changes
  • Engage with teams across HubSpot to ideate through pricing options to improve the core economics of the business
  • Drive projects from concept to completion

We are looking for candidates who have: 

  • Experience working on pricing strategy projects and pricing implementation; ideally with experience in SaaS/software
  • Strong business acumen, including building business cases and developing clear hypotheses
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies in SaaS 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally 
  • Strong project management skills
  • Takes ownership of projects, holds themselves accountable to deadlines and results 
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to large groups including executives
  • Experience with pricing research techniques including conjoint is ideal
