What You'll Do

Ready to play detective with pricing strategies? As a Pricing & Packaging Analyst, you'll be the Sherlock Holmes of our monetization strategy, shaping BambooHR's growth one insight at a time. Dive deep into SaaS pricing, develop models, and conduct research that keeps us ahead of the curve. Your mission? Crack the code to optimal revenue and profitability while ensuring our packaging and pricing are always a step ahead in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze current SaaS pricing strategies and help develop options to optimize revenue and profitability.
Develop analytical approaches to identify the potential impact of packaging and pricing changes using Excel and other modeling tools.
Understand historical and current pricing strategies to identify issues and develop approaches to address these issues, collaborating cross-functionally to establish plans and drive them to resolution.
Conduct external qualitative and quantitative research (MaxDiff, Conjoint).
Engage and partner cross-functionally for understanding of business goals and supporting monetization processes.
Support the development and documentation of Packaging and Pricing procedures, processes, and policy.
Contribute to the creation of training materials and sales assets related to Packaging and Pricing.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

1-3 years of experience in a related role.
Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and SQL.
Phenomenal research abilities and the knack for drawing strategic conclusions from data.
Grade-A project management and communication skills.

Required Education

Bachelor degree preferably in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or Accounting.
