Presentation Designer

Boston, MA

At MullenLowe we put creativity at the center of everything we do.

We are a culture of makers who are committed to craft and always hungry for what’s next.

We are entrepreneurial in spirit, disarmingly honest and embrace out of the box thinking with different points of view.

We are on a mission to do great work that drives our clients’ business and shapes their brands.

Work that is modern, disruptive and in culture.

Work that people will talk about and share with their friends. And most of all, great work that makes you think and feel something.

If you’re looking to have impact in building a creative culture of belonging, this is the place for you!

We are seeking an energetic team player to create visually engaging new business and client presentations for our award-winning, creatively-driven agency. Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for design and is an expert at communicating and organizing information visually with graphics, typography, and diagrams in Keynote and PowerPoint.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as this person can’t shy away from working with all departments of the agency and with other MullenLowe offices. They must be unflappable and able to maintain composure while working under tight deadlines alongside senior leaders (CEO, chief media officer, head of strategy, and group account directors). This position can involve working long hours, including some weekends, and travel is required for pitch-meeting prep and setup.

We are looking for someone who can multitask and remain flexible, while maintaining a positive outlook. Someone who is eager to help and is upbeat—willing to jump on any assignment, big or small.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design content for agency presentations ranging from new business prospects to top clients.
  • Help curate and organize content for pitch materials and senior leadership.
  • Help prepare for meetings, including managing the audio/visual setup and created printed pieces.
  • Create web landing pages to showcase creative and in-depth RFI/RFP responses.
  • Ensure all materials (presentations, RFPs, case studies, and landing pages) are distributed to other MullenLowe offices and filed on servers appropriately.
  • Travel to pitch meetings as needed.

Requirements:

  • High proficiency in both Keynote and PowerPoint. Experience with Google Slides is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience with motion and animation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and/or landing page creation is a plus.
  • At least two years of work experience in a similar fast-paced environment.

The work is never perfect, so how could we ask that of our applicants? What we do seek out at MullenLowe are original thinkers with a thing for unconventional ideas that solve tomorrow’s big problems. Is that you? Check doubt at the door and apply for the roles that will excite and challenge you in new ways.

Employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination prior to start date, unless eligible for a medical or religious accommodation or other accommodation required under applicable law.
