We’re looking for a self-motivated and diverse professional like yourself, to join our Pemberton Cultivation team in the role of Plant Work Technician. In this role, you will capitalize on your passion for the industry by helping our team manage all elements of the plant work cycle including transplanting, harvesting, and trimming our flowers. You will have the autonomy to elevate your career at Aurora by becoming a valuable team member and here’s how you’ll do it...
As a Plant Work Technician, you will...
- Liaise with the team to support all aspects of the plant work cycle including planting, harvesting, pruning, dealeafing and trimming our exceptional products in grow rooms
- Elevate the operations of the facility by maintaining and sanitizing equipment, following health and safety protocols, cleaning grow, dry and trim rooms, assisting in application of biological controls and soil amendments and scouting for IPM or hardware issues
- Perform additional duties, responsibilities and special projects as required by the Company
