Performance Success Manager

New York, NY

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Performance Success, the Manager, Performance Success will deliver multi-channel measurement reporting, performance optimizations, and post campaign recaps for advertising campaigns.

The Manager, Performance Success will partner with Client Success, The Trust, Sales, Planning and Marketing teams to ensure campaign success, client satisfaction and to help drive renewal conversations.

You Will:

  • Be the single point of contact for client communications after all content and media elements have launched, including: coordinating and preparing for client touch points, scheduling performance check ins, delivering reporting & optimizations, and spearheading the post campaign narrative
  • Monitor delivery and optimize campaigns based on clients success metrics; identify and elevate recommendations for campaign enhancements
  • Execute paid social campaigns on several platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin etc)
  • Create client reports and presentations for all partnership elements - content, brand, custom ads, research study, social media etc. and coordinate with internal experts to develop strategic recap narratives driving towards renewal conversations
  • Lead performance discussions with internal & external stakeholders, presenting the details of performance reports and recommending optimizations and program enhancements
  • Manage 1-2 Performance Analysts in their daily duties and handle the oversight of their career advancement and feedback on performance.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing digital, content and social campaigns
  • Proficiency using analytics tools, including: Google Analytics, Moat, IAS etc.
  • Proven ability to comprehend the nuances of a client's business and connect business challenges to digital and social strategies and tactics.
  • Experience managing people preferred

Pay Range: $65,000 - $200,000
