Performance & Omni Media Manager

The Omni Media team sits within the broader Digital Commerce team and is dedicated to growing our online presence via Brand and Performance Media. While primarily focused on customer acquisition, the team also supports awareness and retention goals. 


This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage full funnel media, supporting key channels including Search and Social, helping to build our international marketing program, and launching new channels. We’re looking for someone who understands channel dynamics and interplay, advanced attribution, and has experience testing and rapidly scale high-performing channels. This role will report directly to our Director, Omni Media and is based in San Francisco. 


What you’ll do:

  • Oversee soon-to-be-launched international marketing efforts across key digital channels, building out channel strategy, roadmaps, and quickly iterating to learn what works in each market
  • Support US Paid Search, Shopping and Social channel management and execution in partnership with Senior Manager and media agency  
  • Partner closely with team to ideate on seasonal Brand Media partnerships in support of brand campaigns that succeed in delivering on Rothy’s brand awareness goals
  • Forecast channel-level performance and hold partners accountable on results, triangulating channel performance to our forecast
  • Partner with analytics to build custom reporting and dashboards to deepen our understanding of media performance 
  • Partner with the creative teams on asset production, serving as a resource and expert on creative best practices
  • Engage in quarterly strategic planning across Brand and Growth and drive roadmap for our test initiatives


You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics or psychology or comparable
  • 5+ years of performance media experience in a consumer-focused company 
  • Thorough knowledge of digital channels including Paid Search and Paid Social. Brand Marketing, Amazon Ads, and international experience a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and expert in Excel and other BI tools (like Looker), with a keen ability to articulate results and learning
  • Understanding of marketing ROI and how to calculate user profitability based on CPA, CPC, CPM investment
  • Track record of outstanding marketing campaign results and experience managing and allocating a large monthly budget
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities seamlessly. Understands what is most important, and can get be scrappy to projects done with available resources
  • Entrepreneurial; ability to drive forward with goals independently

Pay range:

$110,000 - $125,000 annually


Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
