Who you are

You are an action oriented problem solver. People tend to describe you as a sound decision maker and highly process oriented. Complexity doesn’t scare you, in fact, it energizes you, and you find it exciting to identify and resolve complicated problems. You possess an empathetic, people-first approach to HR, and are adept at building rapport across many different audiences. 


You are a forward thinking HR Generalist with 7+ years of experience with both federal & state compliance, benefits, leave administration, and performance management. We’d be extra impressed if you have a SHRM or Mediation certification. Most of all, you are super energized to work for a pretty awesome brand that's changing the game in the alcohol industry. 


What the role is

In this role, you will be an integral part of Drizly’s HR team, helping to scale our HR processes to support our growing employee population. You will support the HR Director on larger scale initiatives and act as the go-to resource to our team members for all HR resources and processes. This is a critical role in strategically driving Drizly into its next phase as a sustainable growth company. 


In this role you will

  • Lead investigative process when Team Member complaints are reported.
  • Oversee performance management including PIP’s and Terminations.
  • Assist with Benefit administration.
  • Manage & improve Leave administration processes.
  • Assist HR Team with Org-Wide initiatives (Benefits renewal, Engagement surveys, Review cycle, ect.)
  • Partner with TA to assist with immigration paperwork processing
  • Lead or assist with ad hoc projects in partnership with HR Leadership including the improvement of process efficiency across the employee lifecycle
  • Serve as a resource to our team members for all HR resources & processes.

For Colorado-based roles: The salary/hourly rate range for this role is $91,500 per year - $153,200 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Drizly's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, commissions, & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
