People & Culture Administrator

You will play a key role in our P&C team’s efforts to support our manufacturing and retail functions across multiple states.  You will provide transactional, analytical and communication support with onboarding/offboarding, recruitment activities, learning and development programs, other procedures and HR initiatives implemented. If you are a proactive HR professional with a passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment and enhancing team member satisfaction, this is the role for you!

 

What You’ll Bring:

In this entry-level position, you will report into the Regional Director, P&C Partner. Your ideal experience will be 1-3 years in Human Resources and an eagerness to contribute to the success of our fast-paced and growing organization.
