Outbound Business Representative

As an Outbound Business Representative, you will be responsible for working directly with Thrive’s Enterprise and Senior Enterprise Account Executives to drive pipeline through custom and personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within Thrive’s key prospect & customer accounts.

  • Someone who loves working with partners, cross-functional partners like Marketing and Product teams as well as customers


How You'll Contribute

  • Strategically work with the Account Executives to approach the C-Suite of Fortune 2000 companies and sell the entirety of Thrive’s behavior change solutions
  • Provide a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction while accounting and keeping meticulous records of interactions in Salesforce to build scalable demand generation campaigns with Thrive’s cross functional teams based on dataIdentify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process
  • Identify potential client opportunities from outbound activity and contacts to generate new business with multi-million dollar proposals
  • Create business plans with your Account Executives to penetrate and maximize the opportunities within your accounts to develop a sustainable and recurring book of business


Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS
  • Self-starter mentality
  • Ready to make an impact in a fast moving, start up environment
  • Commitment to pursuing a career in sales
  • Consistent track record of overachieving
  • Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
  • Knowledge in using Sales Enablement tools like SalesLoft and working in Salesforce
