Order Admin for Business Support Specialist

The Order Admin Business Support team provides sales support to our Retail For Business sales team and Apple’s business customers. Our focus is on delighting customers through daily management of post-sales activities with an emphasis on consistency, quality, and speed.


This role is located on our campus in Austin, Texas.

Description

The Order Administration may be the team for you. In this role, you will interact directly with customers and work cross-functionally with the sales team, Accounts Receivables, Logistics, Finance, Contracts, and other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order fulfillment and sales support cycle. This role also entails a high volume of problem resolution and teamwork.


Order Admin for Business Support Specialists are responsible for:

Supporting Retail Business Sales teams in - Supporting Retail Business Sales teams in Brazil and the United States to consistently deliver great customer experiences to consistently deliver great customer experiences

Providing post-sales support for Apple’s business channel, including everything from orders to shipping, billing, account maintenance, and returns

Delivering excellent customer experiences through email support on post-sales related topics

Analyzing business trends to partner and collaborate on continuous process improvement

Complex problem solving for customer satisfaction issues, process, and internal partnerships

Being an active member of the team to shape business decisions and positively impact the business

Holding yourself to key performance metrics and raising the bar

Analyzing business trends to partner and collaborate on key business decision

Supporting new product launches to deliver Apple’s latest to our business customers


Education & Experience

Bachelors or equivalent experience
